The NEC Birmingham hosts The Emergency Services Show on 16 and 17 September. The show brings together professionals from police, fire and rescue, ambulance, search and rescue, voluntary organisations and the wider public-safety sector.

A few days later, Birmingham changes direction completely with the Birmingham TCG Show at the Quaid-E-Azam Grand Ballroom on 19 and 20 September.
Trading-card events already have a strongly interactive audience, so entertainment that fits the collecting, gaming and prize culture can work particularly well.
