Tom was really helpful and accommodating. Communication was great. Bouncy castle was clean and set up and removed quickly. Great selection of castles compared to other local businesses. I have booked again and will only ever use Tom from now on.

Months of planning, sleepless nights, self doubting and worry resulted in today’s first ever one day TICfest.
Think it’s fair to say that a fun day was had by all.
Thank you so much to everyone that came along and supported us, and also all the amazing TA staff and volunteers who gave up their weekends to come and help.

We had a party of 25 kids from 1 year old to 11 year old and each child had a blast with the indoor package that we booked, High quality clean and attractive stuff , spot on time pick up and drop off as asked , everything was wiped with sanitizer spray. This was the best money spent honestly and all parents had a great time as kids were safe and busy with the setup.

Excellent service. Tom answered all my questions. Delivered the bouncy castles on time and picked it up on time. The bouncy disco castles were perfect size for our indoor venue (venue height - 11ft). I will definitely will be ordering bouncy castles from Tom's lights events for our next party. Highly recommended.

Brilliant professional service. I booked online for the unicorn themed castle with added lights and speaker. Thank you for taking such care with social distancing and the cleaning of the castle prior to the kids using it. Will definitely be using again in the near future.

Totally Recommend as I was let down by another company the night before my baby's Triple Christening. This Company came to Our rescue an we didn't have a normal Castle we had the Disco Castle. I used this company for my sons 1st birthday party. Couldn’t have been happier he even got jungle theme stickers for the bouncing castle especially for the party. I booked about week before the party and he was very accommodating, came on time, set everything up quickly on his own. The kids had a blast! Absolutely brilliant! Will definitely be using him again!
